Xunxiang is a non-profit organization initiated by North American international students in 2018; its purpose is to help international students understand more career directions and future development possibilities through career interviews, mentorship program, learning and development events, etc., connecting students and professionals in the workplace and enabling the knowledge, experience, and resources to be passed on among international students community.

These years，we've done...

We interviewed 48 seniors from different industries, covering not only popular industries such as the Internet, consulting, and finance, but also niche areas such as social sciences, academic research, self-media bloggers, and overseas entrepreneurship.
Xunxiang has 15 large and small sharing communities, covering nearly 5000 international students, parents and professionals.
The trainee category included 44 students from North American universities, and 17 professionals were invited to join as Mentor, and a total of 120+ times of free public welfare one-on-one office hours were organized. Trainees have already obtained internships or full-time company offers including Microsoft, EY, PwC, Oracle, ByteDance.
Xunxiang has been established for 900+ days, and upholds the original intention of public welfare and the concept of mutual assistance to help international students find a better future.

Everyone in Xunxiang is very warm and will do their best when asking for help. Everyone in Xingxiang is very strong, and outstanding students from all walks of life are working towards their goals and ideals. Everyone who finds direction knows well, and all topics can meet people who can talk and spark. I get help from seniors and sisters and then use what I know to help younger brothers and sisters. I see selfless inheritance in Xunxiang. Therefore, find a share without losing money!

The road of life is always lonely, but with like-minded people, it will be wonderful no matter what. After coming to Xunxiang, I realized that we are not alone, nor are we fighting alone. In Xunxiang, the hard-working and conscientious schoolmates inspire me, and the ideals of my peers inspire me. Xunxiang, as a mutual help group, constantly gives me the motivation to continue to improve. Similarly, in such a special environment of studying abroad, the existence of Xun Xiang has given every member of this group the courage to persist, confidence in success, and hope for a better future. As a team leader, I am very happy to grow and improve together with Xunxiang. I hope that one day, the name of Xunxiang can shine with the dream buried in everyone's heart.

Although as a high school student, I always feel that university and work are far away, and I have no clue. But after paying attention to the direction finding, I feel that changing my future is really close at hand, and there are traces to follow.
